The problem

SoundSkills works at the leading edge of a field most visitors have never heard of. Parents arrive worried about a child, adults arrive after years of unexplained difficulty, and audiologists and teachers arrive looking for referral information and research. The previous web experience did not reflect the calibre of the practice, and it had to serve all of those audiences without feeling clinical.

What we built

A new website that presents the practice's research, therapy programmes, events and referral pathway in a very accessible and friendly way. Clear entry points for children, adults, autism spectrum and other related disorders sit directly under the home page hero, with appointment and seminar requests one click away.

The result

A web presence that matches the standing of a practice pioneering therapy in a transformative area of hearing health. The old site published no enquiry or traffic figures, so none are claimed here.
